Signs to watch for
- Drooling and pawing at the mouth
- Vomiting
- Tremors or wobbliness after larger doses
What to do
Wipe residue off fur and skin, prevent licking and call us. Camphor absorbs through skin as well as by mouth, and cats are most at risk.
Macau note
Pets lick treated joints of family members. Cover treated skin and keep the jar closed; a whole-jar chew by a dog needs a call immediately.
