These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royal Veterinary Center website, online services, and in-clinic veterinary services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking appointments, or using our veterinary services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Veterinary Services
Royal Veterinary Center provides professional veterinary medical services including emergency care, wellness exams, surgery, dental care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and pharmacy services. All treatments are performed by licensed veterinarians and veterinary staff in accordance with Macau veterinary regulations and professional standards.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. Emergency cases are always prioritized and do not require appointments.
4. Payments and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and designated insurance plans. Estimates for procedures are provided upon request. All fees are quoted in Macau Patacas (MOP) unless otherwise stated.
5. Emergency Services
Our emergency department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency cases are triaged based on medical urgency. A deposit may be required for extensive emergency treatment. We will always stabilize emergency patients regardless of payment status.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, veterinary medicine involves inherent uncertainties. Royal Veterinary Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Veterinary Center and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau.
