- Vomiting
- Tremors if the nuts were mouldy
- Belly pain
What to do
Fresh walnuts in small amounts cause mainly stomach upset. Call us immediately if the nuts were old or mouldy, as those toxins cause tremors.
Macau note
Mouldy nuts from open snack bowls or rubbish are the real danger. Any tremoring after nuts is an emergency.
