Signs to watch for

  • Vomiting and diarrhoea
  • Restlessness and racing heart
  • Tremors or seizures with larger amounts

What to do

Call us immediately with your pet's weight and the amount and type eaten. Bring the wrapper. Do not induce vomiting unless a vet instructs you.

Macau note

The darker the chocolate, the more theobromine it contains. Baking bars and cocoa powder sold in Macau supermarkets are the most dangerous forms.
