Signs to watch for

  • Intense mouth irritation and drooling
  • Vomiting
  • Swelling of lips or tongue

What to do

Rinse the mouth and call us, especially if the tongue or lips swell or if your pet keeps vomiting. Cats chewing trailing vines are frequent patients.
