Signs to watch for

  • Soft stool from fat
  • Weakness or collapse only if it contained xylitol

What to do

Check the label first: if it lists xylitol or E967, call us immediately. Regular peanut butter in small amounts only needs monitoring.

Macau note

Many imported low-sugar peanut butters in Macau shops now use xylitol. Read the label before using it to hide pills.
