- Gas and bloating
- Thirst after sweetened coconut drinks
What to do
Small amounts of flesh or unsweetened water are low risk. Monitor and reduce next meals. Call us if diarrhoea persists.
Macau note
Coconut fat is rich and coconut desserts add sugar. Whole coconut chunks can also block small intestines.
