Monitor at home

Watch your pet closely for the next 24 hours. If vomiting, weakness or unusual behaviour appears, call us on +853 6677 6611.

Signs to watch for

  • Gagging or choking
  • Vomiting
  • Straining or blood in stool from bone fragments

What to do

Do not induce vomiting. Watch for choking now and appetite or stool changes over 48 hours, and call us if any appear.

Macau note

Dim sum chicken feet are cooked, so the many small bones splinter easily. Raw feet from wet markets are a milder chew but still not risk free.
