Q: What if my pet already has a condition?
A: Wellness plans cover preventive care regardless of pre-existing conditions. They are not insurance.
Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: Yes — all plans can be paid monthly with no extra fee. Annual payment receives a 10% discount.
Q: Do plans auto-renew?
A: Yes, plans auto-renew annually. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
