Our team will confirm your appointment within one hour during business hours. You will receive a WeChat message with the confirmed time and any pre-visit instructions.

Do I need a WeChat account to book?
Yes, a WeChat account is required to use this booking method. If you don’t have WeChat, you can also book online through our website or call us directly.
How quickly will I get a response?
During business hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) we reply within one hour, usually faster. For messages sent outside business hours, we respond the next morning.
Can I send photos of my pet’s condition?
Absolutely. We encourage sending photos of any visible symptoms, wounds, or skin conditions. This helps our veterinarians prepare for your visit and provide better preliminary advice.
What languages can I use when messaging?
Our team can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Simply message in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
Can I cancel or reschedule via WeChat?
Yes. Send us a message at least 4 hours before your appointment and we will reschedule or cancel for you. You can also receive confirmation of the change through WeChat.
