Yes. Points earned from any of your registered pets accumulate into a single household balance, so you can redeem rewards faster.

Simply let our reception team know which reward you would like to claim when you book or arrive for your appointment. We will deduct the points from your balance and apply the reward.

Points are tied to your membership account and are non-transferable. However, household members who enroll their own pets can share the household balance.
