Community Outreach

MAWA runs awareness programs and innovative therapy dog sessions for people with autism and other conditions. They host regular "fun days" where the public can spend time with animals, and maintain an active adoption program.

Emergency Care

We provide emergency veterinary treatment for rescued animals brought in by welfare organizations — often at reduced or no cost.

Vaccinations & Sterilization

Our team runs vaccination and spay/neuter campaigns for shelter animals, helping control Macau's stray population humanely.

Health Screenings

Every animal deserves a clean bill of health. We conduct pre-adoption health checks so families know their new pet is ready for home.

Education & Outreach

We participate in community education events, teaching responsible pet ownership and preventive care to Macau's residents.

Exotic Pet Support

As Macau's only 24-hour exotic animal hospital, we care for rabbits, birds, reptiles, and other non-traditional rescue animals.
